npower launches Feel Good Fix

npower today launches Feel Good Fix, a new tariff that runs until June 2018. Feel Good Fix is effectively a capped tariff guaranteeing that prices will not go up during this period, but if npower reduces its standard tariff prices, then customers will benefit from a  price fall comparable to that in their region[1].

Designed to give certainty and flexibility  – choosing Feel Good Fix could save dual fuel customers paying by Direct Debit as much as £198 on average over the next year compared to British Gas’ Home Energy Capped June 2017 tariff[2].

The tariff is available to new and existing customers paying by Direct Debit or on receipt of a bill. Feel Good Fix also benefits from no exit fees, for customers who may have a change in circumstance or change their minds.
