npower works with Equality and Human Rights Commission

At npower, we’re committed to providing a working environment where everyone is respected and valued. Part of this commitment means that we continually seek to improve our policies, procedures and codes of practice so we can make sure our employees, potential employees and other workers are all treated equally and fairly.

We have signed an agreement with The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) to improve employee understanding of equality and diversity within the company. Under the agreement, npower has pledged to train all managers and employees so they fully understand the company’s policies on discrimination in the workplace. npower will also provide a final report detailing the steps it has taken.
